Recently, the LF furnace intelligent control smelting model independently developed by Ansteel was put into use in the third plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Steelmaking Plant. It shows that Ansteel has made breakthrough progress in intelligent steelmaking.

After the successful application of the RH furnace one-click processing system in 2020, Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Steelmaking Plant fully learned from more than 80 operation plans that were continuously optimized during the operation of the RH furnace model and carried out independent research and development of the LF furnace intelligent control smelting model. To reduce model failures, the factory organized multiple offline tests before the model went online, debugged and corrected the problem data, and finally realized automatic control of the entire process of molten steel treatment for more than 400 steel types at the station. This achievement is expected to increase efficiency by more than RMB 4 million annually.
