The 12# automobile outer panel rewinding and inspection unit is a unit specially built by Shougang Jingtang to improve the production capacity of high-end automobile outer panels and solve the bottleneck of rewinding production capacity. The unit integrates functions such as edge trimming, inspection, oiling, rewinding, and reeling, and realizes the full automation of reel transfer, reeling, opening, edge trimming, edge breaking, and unloading. By optimizing the process layout, setting tension roller partitions, and adopting segmented tension control technology, the constant tension of the strip steel is ensured under different operating conditions of the unit, effectively preventing scratches on the surface of the strip steel.
