At present, the progress of the Zhongtian Huai'an project continues to improve. The company's six production lines in the first factory operate at an over-product capacity, and production capacity is steadily increasing. The construction of the basic engineering of the second plant continues to advance, and the plant is expected to be completed and put into use in January 2024. In addition, the supporting water pumping house has been put into use, the 1,000-ton inland river shipping terminal is about to be put into use, and the construction of various projects is accelerating.

Zhongtian Huaian Steel Cord Factory No. 7, which was put into operation this time, started construction in March this year and spent eight months to complete. It mainly produces steel cords for passenger car radial tires (PCR), large engineering machinery tires (OTR), and skeleton material. The annual output of steel cords is expected to be 280,000 tons. During the event, the leaders of Huai'an Company went to the cord lathe to close and roll off the finished products, which symbolized that Zhongtian Huai'an's production and operation had entered a new stage.
