On November 16, the Information Office of the Panzhihua Municipal People's Government held a press conference for the 2023 China Vanadium and Titanium Forum, announcing that the 2023 China Vanadium and Titanium Forum will be held in Panzhihua City from November 23 to 25.
According to the relevant person in charge of the National Vanadium and Titanium Industry Alliance, this forum, with the theme of "Vanadium and Titanium Strengthens the Country and Common Prosperity", aims to build a platform for exchanges of "government, industry, academia, research and financial services", promote the docking of industrial chains, and promote industrial collaboration and Enterprise cooperation will promote the high-quality development of my country's vanadium and titanium industry. The guiding units of the forum are the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, the China Coatings Industry Association, and the Panzhihua Municipal People's Government. The organizing units are the National Vanadium and Titanium Industry Alliance the Sichuan Vanadium and Titanium Steel Industry Association, Pangang, and other units are the hosting units.
This forum will focus on the needs for the construction of the Panxi Strategic Resources Innovation Development Pilot Zone and the high-quality construction of a common prosperity area, and will be unveiled in the form of "1+7". "1" refers to the China Vanadium and Titanium Forum and the Comprehensive Utilization Strategy Seminar of Vanadium and Titanium Resources, "7" refers to the Titanium Chemical Industry Sub-forum and the China Titanium Dioxide Industry Annual Conference, the Vanadium and Vanadium Energy Storage Industry Sub-forum, and the Titanium Metal Development Sub-forum, Seven major events, including the 2013 SAC/TC 579 and CSTM/FC 20th Annual Conference, academicians’ trip to Panzhihua, exhibitions and award-winning paper releases, will authoritatively communicate and display the achievements of my country’s vanadium and titanium industry in a holographic and comprehensive manner.
During the 2023 China Vanadium and Titanium Forum, a Sichuan Province vanadium and titanium industry supply and demand matchmaking meeting and a vanadium and titanium resource comprehensive utilization strategy seminar will also be held simultaneously. Relevant persons in charge of the Panzhihua Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau introduced the preparations for the Sichuan Province Vanadium and Titanium Industry Supply and Demand Matchmaking Conference and the Comprehensive Utilization Strategy Seminar of Vanadium and Titanium Resources at the press conference.
