Recently, the second phase of Shougang Jingtang New Energy Heavy Truck Charging Station was officially completed and put into operation, marking a new level of Jingtang’s clean transportation work and making the business card of the green development enterprise brighter.
Jingtang has always been actively practicing the environmental protection concept of "building green steel is to ensure survival and promote development", adheres to systematic thinking, plans ahead, coordinates the improvement of the factory environment, and continues to cultivate a green foundation for high-quality development. In terms of clean transportation, while giving full play to its advantages in sea and rail transportation, Jingtang continues to promote the implementation of the project of replacing traditional fuel and steam heavy-duty transportation vehicles with new energy transportation vehicles and simultaneously builds supporting charging stations to meet the changing needs of new energy transportation vehicles. At present, two heavy-duty truck charging stations with a total of 25 charging piles and a passenger bus charging station with a total of 10 charging piles have been built in the first phase. In addition to the two new heavy-duty truck charging stations in the second phase, a total of 17 charging piles have been built, which can satisfy more than 400 charging stations every day charging a new energy-heavy truck, laying the foundation for accelerating the replacement of new energy vehicles. From January to April, the proportion of clean transportation of bulk materials and products in and out of the factory reached 92.6%, and the proportion of heavy-duty transportation new energy vehicles in the factory reached more than 80%, which meets the national and Hebei Province steel performance A-level standards.
During the construction of the second phase of the charging pile project, Jingtang made full use of automation and information technology, stepped up the organization and development of the charging pile APP, and successfully completed various functional tests such as transmission and electricity bill calculation before the charging pile was officially put into use put into operation simultaneously. The system has an authorization function for charging vehicles, ensuring the reasonable allocation of charging pile resources. Truck drivers can start charging on their own through the APP, after charging is completed, the costs are automatically uploaded and summarized to the energy management, procurement, and SAP systems, realizing integrated management of production and marketing of transportation vehicle charging costs. At the same time, Jingtang continues to strengthen the information construction of environmental protection management, build an environmentally friendly intelligent access control and supervision platform, implement OBD system installation and networking for heavy transport vehicles, establish a three-level approval system for vehicles and non-road mobile machinery entering the factory, and promote clean transportation management in the factory area scientific, precise, and efficient.
