The 0.2mm new energy high-end grade non-oriented silicon steel products produced by Jilin Jianlong this time are thinner and have lower iron loss than ordinary silicon steel products. Under low-frequency and medium-frequency conditions, they have excellent magnetic properties. The lateral thickness difference is controlled within 3μm, and the stacking coefficient reaches more than 97%. The magnetic properties, dimensional accuracy control, and appearance quality fully meet the strict requirements for the manufacturing of high-speed precision motor cores for drones, robots, automotive micromotors, etc.
