Facing the current situation of low prices in the domestic general pipe and oil well pipe market, Jianlong Steel is fully committed to promoting the market development of seamless steel pipe segments such as pipeline pipes for transportation, gas cylinder pipes, hydraulic support pipes, cylinder pipes, oil cracking pipes, and axle pipes. For example, the white spot problem of rolling and scraping cylinder pipes is an industry bottleneck. Jianlong has successfully solved the bottleneck problem of market development through multiple benchmarking and process tests and achieved a 0% white spot defect rate after rolling and scraping.

To produce high-strength gas cylinder tubes that meet international standards and customer requirements, Jianlong Steel designed and developed a new φ247mm hole profile based on the original three sets of hole profiles of the 258 unit, and creatively used φ250mm specification tube billets to successfully roll φ232×5.4mm and φ229×5.3mm gas cylinder tubes, achieving batch cooperation with internationally renowned customers such as EKC and KIRTANLAL.

In September, Jianlong Steel successfully signed the first acid pipeline pipe order with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). Jianlong Steel became the first enterprise in the industry to pass the certification with only hot-rolled steel pipe production capacity and the shortest time.

With the successive commissioning of Jianlong Steel's pipe processing and heat treatment production lines, the company's steel pipe products are further directly facing end customers.
