On November 25, 2008, the first phase of Heilongjiang Jianlong's 1 million tons seamless steel pipe project, the "273 seamless steel pipe project", achieved a one-time success in the hot load linkage test, and the first finished pipe was rolled out smoothly. The commissioning of this project filled the gap in the production of large-diameter seamless steel pipes in Heilongjiang Province that year.
Heilongjiang Jianlong 273 seamless steel pipe project was planned in August 2007. It adopts Φ273mm Accu-Roll pipe rolling unit, with a full range of product specifications and an annual design output of 250,000 tons of seamless steel pipes.
In 2009, 273 seamless steel pipe products successfully passed the API quality management system certification.
Currently, the 273 seamless steel pipe production line can produce all API steel grades of oil pipes, boiler pipes, bearing pipes, mechanical pipes, and structural pipes. The quality has been recognized by leading domestic companies such as PetroChina, Sinopec, Xugong Hydraulics, Sany Heavy Industry, FAW Jiefang, and Harbin Boiler Factory. It has been an excellent supplier of PetroChina for seven years, and its configuration volume ranks first.
In 2023, product sales achieved full coverage of the "Big Four Oil Companies", becoming a qualified supplier of CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and Yanchang Oilfield.
