HBIS sent a new batch of high-corrosion-resistant steel plates to the customer site to construct key parts of the Xiongshang High-speed Railway. At present, the Group has supplied nearly 10,000 tons of high-quality steel to Xiongshang High-speed Railway, covering a variety of products such as high-rise steel, bridge steel, and vanadium-containing special steel, which are used for the construction of key parts such as the Yellow River Bridge, an important control project of the project.

The Group actively integrates into the construction of Xiongan New Area and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, focuses on the needs of key projects, relies on the integrated service support of production, sales, and research, and tailors high-end high-quality steel to help the construction of key projects and major projects in the country and various regions. In the process of supplying to Xiongshang High-speed Railway, the Group gives full play to the role of integrated production, sales, and research, deeply identifies the functional requirements of the project for steel, and provides customers with personalized material solutions at the first time, winning customer recognition. Focusing on customer requirements for indicators such as bridge steel toughness and welding, the optimal process control plan is studied and formulated to enable the product to have good impact toughness, fatigue toughness, and welding performance under low-temperature conditions of -20℃. According to the customer's requirements for the strength and corrosion resistance of high-quality steel and vanadium-containing special steel, the products are produced by the standards for the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The performance control is strengthened, which not only ensures the strength and corrosion resistance of the products but also gives the products good seismic performance. In addition, in the product shipment link, the shipment process is optimized to ensure the high-quality and efficient delivery of steel, providing support for the project to proceed as planned.

The Xiongshang High-speed Railway is an important part of my country's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. It starts from Xiong'an Station in the north and ends at Shangqiu Station in the south. The line is about 552 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. After the project is completed, it will work with the Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway to create the overall transportation pattern of the north-south channel of my country's high-speed railway network, which is of great significance to serving the construction of Xiong'an New Area and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
