In the research on the extremely difficult cold rolling wastewater treatment process, adhering to the concept of green development, the concept of reducing carbon emissions in the cold rolling alkali-containing wastewater treatment system was proposed for the first time, ensuring that the alkali-containing wastewater meets the standards for discharge and reuse, and achieving low cost and high efficiency. operation and be at the forefront of national water environment and environmental protection management. The first innovative single-pool intermittent operation mode of the biochemical system reduces the dosage of chemicals and nutrient salts, and the sludge production volume drops by 19% year-on-year, which is equivalent to a reduction of about 100 tons of carbon emissions per year.
