Recently, 50-meter special railway rails produced by Ansteel were delivered to South Africa for modernization and upgrading of existing local lines. This is the first time that domestic 50-meter special railway rails have been exported to Africa. It is a vivid practice of Ansteel Group's integration into the "Belt and Road" initiative and building a community of shared future for China-Africa cooperation, which will benefit the local economic and social development in South Africa.
In order to meet the demand for special railway rails in South Africa, the relevant departments and enterprises of Ansteel Co., Ltd. jointly established a research team to use digital means to optimize the production process and overcome a number of technical difficulties, and successfully produced this batch of rail products representing "Chinese standards" and "Chinese quality". The rail has the characteristics of high hardness, strong wear resistance, and long service life. It is the smallest specification heat-treated rail produced by Ansteel Group for the first time, filling the gap of this type of rail in China, demonstrating Ansteel Co., Ltd.'s excellent technology and strong strength in the field of rail manufacturing, further enhancing China's influence and reputation in the field of international rail transportation, and laying a solid foundation for more subsequent cooperation projects.
