Hong Kong West Kowloon Art Plaza is an important part of the West Kowloon Cultural District. Once completed, it will be important in promoting Hong Kong's cultural development and increasing its international influence. In the project plan, Hong Kong West Kowloon Art Plaza includes more than 62,000 square meters of office area and 2,500 square meters of retail, catering, and leisure activity areas. This project requires a large amount of steel to construct the MTR Song Wong Tai Station flyover project.

The main type of steel plate purchased for this project is the ultra-thick, ultra-wide, and ultra-long steel plate of European standard CE-certified steel. Moreover, the project has a tight schedule.
