In August and September, Bensteel Group gave priority to production scheduling and rigorous organization, supplying 11,150 tons of Q355C hot-rolled products for the Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Railway Bridge project. To date, the cumulative supply has reached nearly 100,000 tons, and the excellent quality of "Bensteel Manufacturing" has once again provided "hardcore" support for the construction of key national projects.
The Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Railway Bridge is 29.2 kilometers long and adopts a double-track ballastless track design with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It is currently the longest and highest-standard high-speed railway cross-sea bridge under construction in the world. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027. Since its construction began in November 2022, it has attracted much attention from all walks of life.
According to the person in charge of the South China regional company of the Plate Marketing Center, since June 2023, Bensteel has provided a stable supply for the project through CIMC, with monthly supply reaching new highs, and the maximum monthly supply reaching 23,700 tons. In order to meet the high standards of users, Bensteel and the user have conducted in-depth consultations on core issues such as product technical standards and supply cycles, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the contract. In terms of production organization, Bensteel has always given priority to this project to ensure the timely issuance of production plans and the priority organization of production lines. Faced with challenges such as high user demand and tight delivery dates, Bensteel has strengthened production control and equipment operation around key technical control points, achieving dual guarantees of product quality and delivery dates. In terms of transportation and logistics, Bensteel has closely linked with relevant shipping companies, doing everything possible to coordinate the loading and emptying of ships to ensure smooth logistics supply. In addition, Bensteel has strengthened its service to users, actively followed up on user feedback, and made every effort to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the reputation of the company.
