Stainless steel water pipes and fittings are connected by hot melt, which is the most reliable, easy to operate, has good airtightness, and has high interface strength. Dust and foreign matter on the pipes and fittings should be removed before connection. The pipes and fittings are heated by welding machines. The hot melt depth and time of the pipes and fittings should meet the requirements. Do not rotate during hot melt welding. The raw material belt should be wrapped when connecting threaded fittings to ensure sealing.

To ensure that the stainless steel water pipes will not resonate due to water pressure in future use, all stainless steel water pipes must be fixed with pipe clamps. The pipe clamp spacing is 400-500mm. For pipes with an outer diameter of less than 25mm, pipe clamps should be set at corners, water meters, and 100mm from the pipe end. In special cases, the thickness of the mortar landfill layer should be greater than 100mm.
