DC51D+Z grade hot-dip galvanized steel plate is a stamped part with a material thickness of 0.8 mm. During flanging, punching, or 90° bending processing, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets will have a large amount of zinc layer peeling off and defects. Its characteristic is that the arc edge of the flange hole and the zinc layer on the outer surface of the 90° bend are partially peeled off and partially in a warped shape, exposing the steel plate base. Generally speaking, if the hot-dip galvanized layer of the steel plate peels off, it indicates that the adhesion between the coating and the substrate is poor. It causes the plating to peel off from the substrate after stamping. The main factors leading to this situation include substrate surface cleanliness, annealing temperature, annealing furnace atmosphere, hot-dip galvanizing temperature, zinc liquid composition, and hot-dip galvanizing layer phase composition and structure.
