Hard cold rolled coils need to be delivered after the steel coil has been pickled and cold rolled. It is not heat treated and the surface is not oiled. Hard cold rolled coils are packaged in the cold rolled coils common packaging method, packaging code 15, and are usually not coated with sealing oil if not specified by the customer.
