High ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar is a new tybe of steel bar product with higher strength and better ductility. Its grade is CRB600H. C, R, and B are the English letters of the words cold rolled, ribbed, and bar, respectively. H stands for high ductility.

Compared with three-sided ribbed steel bars, high-ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bars have a higher elongation rate, their maximum force uniform elongation reaches 5%, and they have strong earthquake resistance. Compared with hot-rolled Grade III steel, the tensile strength of high-ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bars is 100Mpa higher than that of hot-rolled Grade III steel, with the strong earthquake resistance and lower production cost.

High ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar is a new steel bar product developed by China Heli Company. In terms of process, the company has changed the traditional practice of passive or active rolling in the past. Through independently developed controlled rolling technology and heat treatment temperature control technology, combined with CNC flying shear and automatic rewinding technology, the company has formed a new set of cold rolling technology. This approach greatly improves the strength and ductility of steel, thus developing into a scientific cold-rolled deformation heat treatment technology, which greatly optimizes the process technology and product quality of cold-rolled ribbed steel bars. This product has been tested by the China National Construction Steel Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Its yield strength reaches 545-565Mpa, tensile strength reaches 600-625Mpa, and elongation A5 reaches 18.5%-22.0%. Therefore, high-ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bars have high strength and good ductility, fully reaching the mechanical performance indicators of 500Mpa steel bars.
