1. For welded tension steel mesh, when there are transverse steel bars within the anchorage length range, the minimum anchorage length should comply with the relevant provisions in the table.
(1) d represents the longitudinal stressed steel bar;
(2) When the steel bar diameter d ≥ 8mm, the anchoring length should be increased by 5d according to the value in the table;
(3) When the stressed steel bars are combined, the anchoring length should be multiplied by 1.4 according to the value in the table.
2. The lap joint of the welded steel mesh should be set at a place where the stress is small. The lap joints of welded steel mesh in the tension direction can be overlapped or buckled, and should comply with the following regulations:
(1) The minimum overlap length of the steel bar overlap joint at the end of the two pieces of cold-drawn ribbed steel welded mesh should not be less than 1.2 times the minimum anchoring length (La), and should not be less than 200mm; each welding in the overlap area There should be no less than one transverse steel bar in the mesh, and the overlap length between the outermost transverse steel bars in the two mesh sheets should not be less than 50mm.
(2) The number of transverse steel bars in each mesh piece of cold-drawn smooth steel bar welded mesh within the overlap length range should not be less than two, and the overlap length between the outermost transverse steel bars of two pieces of welded mesh should not be less than one grid. , nor should it be less than 1.2 times La, and should not be less than 250mm.
(3) The overlap length of the welded steel mesh in the compression direction should be 0.7 times the overlap length of the tension steel bars.
3. Overlapping of steel bars distributed in the non-stress direction of the welded steel mesh. When the overlapping method or the buckling method is used, and each mesh piece should have at least one main force-bearing bar within the overlap range, the overlap length should not be Less than 20d (d is the diameter of distributed steel bars), and should not be less than 150mm.
When the flat joint method is used for overlap and there is no stressed steel bar in the overlap area, the overlap length: for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar welded mesh, should not be less than 20d and should not be less than 200mm. For cold-drawn smooth surfaces, The welded steel mesh should not be less than 25d and should not be less than 250mm.
