1. Grade I rebar (steel bar)

Its strength level is 24/38 kg, and it is made of killed steel, semi-killed steel or boiling steel No. 3 smooth round steel bar rolled by ordinary carbon steel. It is a low-strength steel bar with good plasticity, high elongation (δ5 is above 25%), easy to bend and form, and easy to weld. It has a wide range of applications, and can be used as the main stress reinforcement of medium and small reinforced concrete structures, stirrups of components, tie rods of steel and wood structures, etc. Wire rod steel bars can also be used as raw materials for cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires and double steel bars.

2. Grade II rebar (steel bar)

Grade Ⅱ steel bar

It is rolled with low-alloy killed steel or semi-killed steel, with silicon and manganese as solid solution strengthening elements. The strength level of the second-grade steel bar is 34 (32)/52 (50) kilograms, which has higher strength, better plasticity, and ideal welding performance. The surface of the steel bar is rolled with long longitudinal bars and evenly distributed transverse ribs, which can strengthen the bond between the steel bar and the concrete. Using grade II steel bars as the stress reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures can save 40-50% of steel compared to using grade I steel bars. Therefore, it is widely used in large and medium-sized reinforced concrete structures, such as the main reinforcement of bridges, dams, port engineering and building structures. Grade II steel bars can also be used as prestressed steel bars for building structures after being cold-drawn.

3. Grade III rebar (steel bar)

The main properties of grade III steel bars are roughly the same as those of grade II steel bars, and the strength level is 38/58 kg.
