1. When setting up double-row scaffolding, erect the inner row of poles first, then the outer row of poles. The vertical deviation of the poles shall not be greater than 1/200 of the scaffolding height. The joints of two adjacent poles are staggered by 500mm and are not within the same step.
2. The longitudinal horizontal rods are erected on the inside of the vertical poles. The joints of the inner and outer longitudinal horizontal rods on the same horizontal plane are staggered by one span. The horizontal deviation of the longitudinal horizontal rods is controlled within 50mm.
3. The transverse horizontal pole is placed vertically on the longitudinal horizontal pole, and is tightly connected to the vertical pole with fasteners. The transverse horizontal pole extends beyond the longitudinal horizontal pole, which should not be less than 100mm, close to one side, 100 to 150mm away, and vertically horizontal The pole should be level and not high on the inside and low on the outside.
4. The positions of the scissor braces are set vertically and continuously from both ends of the scaffold to the full height. The diagonal poles of the scissor braces are set outside the vertical poles at an angle of 45 to 60° with the longitudinal horizontal poles.
5. In order to ensure the stability of the shelf, when setting up the scissor braces, buckle the diagonal rods on the vertical poles and the extended parts of the horizontal horizontal poles at intervals.
6. When connecting vertical horizontal rods with butt fasteners, the opening of the fastener should face the inside of the shelf and the bolts should face upward to prevent rainwater from entering. When using cross fasteners, the opening must not face downward to ensure safety. When installing the fasteners, the fasteners must be placed in an upright position before tightening the bolts. When tightening the bolts, the force must be appropriate, generally controlled at 40 to 50N.
