40Cr is a kind of alloy structural steel. After proper heat treatment, 40Cr steel can obtain certain toughness, plasticity, and wear resistance, and has good processing performance. Among them, active fire can promote the spheroidization of the tissue and improve the rough workability. After the hardening quality adjustment, it has good overall strength and incompleteness and has low-temperature impact toughness and low gap sensitivity. In addition, 40Cr steel has very good hardenability and can be quenched to 28~60mm during water quenching and to 15~40mm during oil quenching.
