First and most basic, square tubes are made of steel. It will rust when exposed to rain, which is not conducive to long-term storage.
The following points should be paid attention to when storing square tubes and rectangular tubes:
1. When storing rectangular tubes, avoid contact with oil, copper and other contaminants;
2. Develop long-term storage system files and implement them according to system requirements;
3. If long-term storage is required, an opaque cover should be used to protect the square tube from corrosion, aging and warping;
4. The cover should be strong and durable to prevent long-term exposure to the sun and rain, rot and leakage;
5. Square & rectangular tubes should be supported when stored and kept at a certain distance from the ground to ensure ventilation of the steel pipes;
6. When covering the square & rectangular tubes, the surface of the steel pipe should be ventilated to prevent water vapor from evaporating and gathering on the surface;
7. After the square pipe is stored, the pipe end protector should be removed to prevent water from accumulating at the interface between the pipe end protector and the steel pipe and making it difficult to evaporate;
8. Pay attention to the number of layers of steel pipes in the square tube warehouse to avoid local stress at the pipe end due to too many layers, which may cause radial plastic deformation of the steel pipe and damage the anti-corrosion layer.

1. The seamless splicing square material site or power station should be located in an area with good cleaning and drainage pipes, away from factories and mines that generate harmful substances or smoke. On site, we need to remove weeds and all dirt and keep the steel cured.
2. The power plant does not contain acid, alkali, salt, lime powder and other chemical substances that are corrosive to steel. Stainless steel plates of different types should be stacked separately to avoid mixing and contact corrosion.
3. Thick steel, rails, thick steel plates, large-diameter bamboo pipes, standard parts, etc. can be piled outdoors.
4. Medium channel steel, cables, steel, bamboo specifications, galvanized steel wire ropes, etc., can be a good material for shed ventilation storage, but the bottom layer of thatch is certain.
5. Medium channel steel gene expression cold-rolled steel plate, steel, silicon, or thick-walled small-diameter bamboo, racial hot-rolled, cold-drawn steel, and non-metallic material products that are high in price and susceptible to corrosion can be registered for storage.
6. The warehouse should be selected according to the astronomical environment. Generally, open warehouses should be selected, warehouses with roofs, warehouses with rack structures, warehouses with windows and doors, and warehouses with ventilation facilities. The warehouse is required to be ventilated on sunny days, pay attention to waterproofing when it rains and always maintain appropriate storage standards.
