First of all, when selecting materials for hot-dip galvanized steel grating, you should choose flat steel with no rust and a smooth surface. After welding is completed, the welding points must be polished, deburred, and pickled in a pickling tank for a long enough time to remove the steel grating. All rust and other unclean things on the surface of the plate should be pickled away. After coming out of the pickling tank, it should be placed in the zinc liquid pool as soon as possible to avoid secondary pollution during the process. The steel grating must be passivated immediately after being taken out of the galvanizing pool. The passivation procedure cannot be neglected. Finally, it must be placed in a dark place during storage. It is best to cover it with plastic to prevent premature aging if the hot-dip galvanized steel grating turns gray.
