Cold Rolled Steel Plate is an abbreviation for Cold Rolled Sheet of Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel, also known as Cold Rolled Sheet, commonly known as Cold Plate. Part of the cold rolled flat plate tempered hardness and wear resistance is higher, but the hot hardness is low, hardenability is poor, easy to deformation, plasticity and strength is low. Mainly used as cutting metal blades, saw blades and other tools.

BS EN 10130:2006. This standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for cold-rolled mild steel flat products intended for cold forming.
