The group is determined to strengthen and refine the steel industry, and shoulders the important task of reorganizing and integrating the production capacity of regional steel companies and implementing transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. It is designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of "long-term perspective, first-class equipment, high-end products, and advanced technology", mainly built with 2 sets of 360 square meters and 2 sets of 198 square meters sintering machines, 2 2050 cubic meters and 2 1280 cubic meters blast furnaces, 4 120-ton converters, and 2 120-ton LF refining furnaces, etc., 7 high-speed It has a wire and bar production line and a 1780mm hot-rolled coil production line, supporting a gas waste heat power generation project. It has built a dedicated railway line and a large railway cargo station with a loading and unloading capacity of 20 million tons, a canal with a capacity of nearly 3,000 tons, and 8 configurations berths of the river terminal in the factory area. The group has more than 6,000 employees and has formed a steel complex including lime, sintering, ironmaking, oxygen production, steelmaking, continuous casting, steel rolling and water, electricity, wind and gas processes. The group has a high degree of automation, the environmental protection facilities are complete, and the entire factory has realized operation automation, management informatization, and production cleanliness. The group's leading products include: Ф6-Ф40mm hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, Ф6-Ф22mm high-speed wire rods, and 1780mm hot-rolled coils. It has the ability to produce high-quality special steel rods and wire rods, with an annual output of 6 million tons, the above comprehensive production capacity.
