Xilin Steel Group Acheng Steel Co., Ltd. (Agang for short) is located in Acheng District, Harbin City, a famous northern city. It is a holding subsidiary of Xilin Steel Group Co., Ltd., a larger steel conglomerate in Heilongjiang Province.

Agang is located on Beihuan Road, Acheng District. It started as a nationally renowned township enterprise in 1989. By the spring of 2001, Xilin Iron and Steel Group, a national key metallurgical enterprise, took over Agang, and the company embarked on a road of rapid development. Agang has strong technical strength and advanced equipment and processes, forming a steel complex with modern production processes and an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of steel. It has three main production processes: ironmaking, steelmaking, and steel rolling.
