Shanxi Xiangfen County Xinjinshan Special Steel Co., Ltd. is located in Hedong Coking and Metallurgical Industrial Park, Xiangfen County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. It was registered with the Xiangfen County Administration for Industry and Commerce on January 27, 2003. Covering an area of 900,000 square meters is a steel complex integrating sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling, and public auxiliary facilities invested in and constructed by Fujian Huaya Group. It has an annual production capacity of 1.45 million tons of iron, 2.2 million tons of steel , and 2.15 million tons of materials. The leading products are plain round steel bars and ribbed steel bars for reinforced concrete. It is the main third-level rebar production base in Linfen City.

The company's main production equipment includes 2 90-square-meter sintering units, 2 550-cubic meter blast furnaces, 2 100-ton converters, and 3 steel rolling production lines. The supporting public and auxiliary facilities are: one 110KVA substation, one oxygen generating unit each of 3800m3/h, 4500m3/h, 6000m3/h and 10000m3/h, four 15m2 lime kilns, two 12m2 pellet shaft furnaces, 6000KWTRT 1 set of residual pressure generator set.
