Fushun New Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is located at No. 18, Shenfu South Line, Wanghua District, Fushun City, adjacent to Shenyang City, and is located in the core area of central Liaoning urban agglomeration with rich metallurgical resources, strong structural complementarity, and high technical correlation , is one of the main construction steel production backbone enterprises in the three northeastern provinces.

The enterprise was founded in 1958 by the party fee of the Communist Party members of Liaoning Province. In October 2005, it became a large-scale iron and steel complex with private holding shareholding system after the reform of the joint-stock system. Fushun New Iron & Steel currently has an annual production capacity of 2.4 million tons of iron, 2.6 million tons of converter steel, 400,000 tons of electric furnace steel, and 2.6 million tons of steel. Leading products such as threaded steel bars, high-speed wire rods, narrow strip steel, high-quality section steel, round steel, and tube blanks are all produced according to international standards.  In October 1999, they passed the ISO9002 quality system certification. Products are exported to the United States, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and other international markets. Jianlong Iron & Steel participated in the enterprise restructuring in October 2005, holding Fushun New Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. After more than a year of restructuring, the company has achieved a smooth transition and harmonious development, and has become a Template and model for the successful restructuring of state-owned enterprises in Liaoning Province. In 2006, the annual output of iron was 2.07 million tons, an increase of 25.9% year-on-year; the output of steel was 2.22 million tons, an increase of 32.2% year-on-year; the output of materials was 1.86 million tons, an increase of 31.8% year-on-year; Achieved sales revenue of 5.86 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.2%; The tax was 416 million yuan, an increase of 289% year-on-year; the realized profit increased from a loss of 3.96 million yuan before the restructuring to a profit of 319 million yuan, fully fulfilling the restructuring commitment to the local government.
