On May 23, a new batch of 3,000 tons of ultra-low carbon steel IFHR2 from Hesteel Group Tangshan Steel Company was loaded, and the products will be shipped to South Africa for the manufacture of key automotive parts. This is the first time that Tangshan's products have entered the South African market after being exported to the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and other countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative.
IFHR2 is a high-end product developed on the basis of the mature production process of conventional IF steel, after further optimizing the molten steel composition design and improving the stamping and forming performance of the product. It has deep drawing properties such as low yield point and yield strength ratio, high elongation, and high work hardening index. It is widely used in the production of automotive parts and has broad market prospects.
